How do I cancel a booking?

To cancel your booking, please contact our Customer Care team by phone or email. If you have booked your tour through a third party distributor, please contact them directly to cancel or rebook your tour.

When can I cancel a booking?

On tours cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time, we are happy to offer our customers a full refund. For tours cancelled less than 72 hours before scheduled departure time, we are unable to offer refunds. Instead we suggest that customers reschedule their tour for another time more convenient for them.

When should I expect to see my refund?

Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for your refund to be returned via the payment method provided at time of booking.

Is an advanced booking necessary or can I just show up at the meeting point?

We strongly advise against arriving at the meeting point without a booking as we cannot guarantee that there will be space left on the tour. Our guides are unable to accept payment for tours so any bookings made on the spot will still need to be processed over the phone with payment by credit card.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Online bookings can be prepaid via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Phone and Live Chat bookings can be paid via MasterCard or Visa. In case of last minute confirmation or troubles with online booking systems our guides can be authorized by our company to receive cash payments by customers.

What currencies do you accept?

We currently accept Euro, British Pounds, US, Australian, and Canadian Dollars.
