Tour Description
Tivoli is about 45 minutes away from Rome by car. We will pick you up at your accomodation in Rome or elesewhere and with a comfortable van and a local expert guide will take you to Hadrian's Villa first.
We will explore the Emperor's lavish country residence, the thermal baths, the theatre, the canopus. Then, we will reach the so-called Temple of Hercules and Villa Gregoriana where you will have lunch.
In the afternoon we will visit Villa d'Este with its spectacular water games, fountains, Renaissance gardens and frescoes. You will love Tivoli and its great sites!
